I think I was meant to post this blog on March 16, oops. The world was kinda imploding at that point, and more importantly I wasn’t quite on board with the challenge yet.

For the first time ever, I’m going to be taking part in the April A To Z Challenge! This was inspired by my blogging friend Al, who has taken part in the challenge before. I’ve been looking for the inspiration and motivation to get back into creating my own content for my own platforms, and this might be it!

So what is the April A To Z Challenge (apart from a bit of a mouthful!)? The name is pretty self explanatory…the idea is that during April you write a blog for every letter of the alphabet! So on April 1st you write about something relating to the letter A (it’s not a joke!), on the second you write about something relating to the letter B, etc etc. The exception to the rule is Sundays – on Sundays you take a break (probably to play catch up, let’s be honest!). Since Sunday is technically meant to be my Youtube upload day…you might see me make a comeback over there too? Wait and see.

So anyway, the reason that I say this post was meant to be done on the 16th is because that was meant to be the date of the big, internet-wide reveal! (if you want to join in too, you can sign up right up until April 5!)
That’s right, all 26 of my posts are hopefully going to be on the same theme.

travel

okay so that was probably a bit anti-climatic, but I do really miss writing travel content. I know that I normally fail at these kind of challenges but I think I have a few things working in my favour…

• I already have 16 of the 26 letters planned out.
• you may or may not have noticed, but life is basically cancelled right now (except the day job, the day job stops for nothing apparently!)

Anyway, I think that’s enough from me for now – I need to go and start drafting up next month’s content! I am already more excited about writing for my blog than I have been in a long time!
