Okay, so yes today is February…but the last Friday in January was a whole week ago. The plan is that from here forth Follow Fridays will take place monthly, on whatever Friday is nearest the end of the month. So it might happen in the correct month or it might happen at the start of the next month – just like this one has.

So now that that is out of the way – hello and welcome to my January 2019 edition of Follow Fridays, formerly Blogger And Vlogger Of The Week. I have decided to expand this to take in as many different influencer platforms as possible – let’s go!

BLOGGER OF THE MONTH

It wasn’t until I was trying to pick a shortlist for this category that I realised how few blogs (that haven’t already been named in Follow Friday) I have actually read in January. I will aim to rectify this in February! So without further ado, let me crown my blogger of the month…Anna!

Anna used to be the fingers on the keyboard behind the blog Miss Media, but she went on a little journey of self discovery over the festive period and has come back as Confessions Of A Journalist. As such, she doesn’t have a lot of content yet but I’m quite excited to see what she does as I used to enjoy her old blog. One of the reasons that I enjoyed her content so much, as a fellow journalist, was that what she wrote was so different to most of the other blogs I would read. She’s clearly a talented writer and thinker and I anticipate great things from Anna in the future.

It’s like everything I never knew I needed from Youtube. I love her, she’s wonderful.
