SO I FINALLY DID IT.
Those of you who have been keeping up on Facebook and Instagram will have spotted that earlier this month my first Youtube video became a reality!
Okay so admittedly it wasn’t the video which I had planned to upload first, but while much of the other content I have been working on is not particularly time restrained, if I tried to upload a Christmas video in May you might all think I had well and truly lost it (whatever it may be).
If you haven’t seen it yet, here is my first video:
If you would like to pop on over to Youtube and subscribe, or comment and tell me what you think (good or bad!) I would love to hear it. Alternatively tell me in the comments below, I’m totally open for constructive criticism as well as compliments!
So what is in my very first video? A lot of festive fun, that’s what! As some of you may be aware I had one massive day of adventure in December where I had a taste of the festivities in Aberdeen, Dundee and Edinburgh all in one – it was intense! As well as that this video has a little taste of Turriff’s Christmas lights switch on, Turriff Winter Wonderland, the snowy A947, Oldmeldrum’s Christmas lights and my vague attempt at wreath making at Chapelton. Oh yeah, and a nod to my evening at The Body Shop.
Lots of shiny, lots of sparkly and some yummy.
The video is maybe a bit chaotic and intense but you know what? CHRISTMAS IS CHAOTIC AND INTENSE…and no matter what it will always be the best time of the year.
If you’ve been following me on social media, particularly Instagram, you will know that I have some blog style videos in the pipeline. It’s just a case of working up the courage to finish piecing them together and editing them and get them uploaded – it’s really quite intimidating!
We are also celebrating some other exciting KTTLG landmarks this month – we have reached 100 WordPress followers and 600 Facebook followers…WOW! Thank you so much everybody for your continued support – I promise that I will work on actually getting better at creating and posting content on time! This is an amazing start to 2018 for KTTLG and here’s hoping that the rest of the year can continue this momentum!
